Our fundamental strategy in accordance with our Human Resources mission; is to create a workforce focused on ATEL’s goals, inclined to work as a team, focused on results and solutions, with high communication skills, constantly developing, happy, highly motivated and educated.

Our company’s human resources strategy is implemented in order to support our strategic business plans in line with our vision and mission and is conducted under the following basic policies;

(2) determining strategies centrally and policies locally,
(3) Finding the right person, at the right time for the right job,
(4) Sustaining our dynamic structure and being proactivity,
(5) Viewing our human resources as an inimitable element competitive advantage in our sector.

Educating our employees at every stage and every level to prepare them for the future is of great importance to us. This importance in presented clearly in the systems we create and is viewed as “INVESTING IN PEOPLE”. It is for this reason that we prioritize in-service trainings on improving our organizational structure in order to train leaders, build a common management language and strengthen our culture to encourage continuous learning.

It is crucial that the decisions taken by the Board of Directors is implemented to the field of activity with precision. The tracking of these applications is carried out in line with the Core Performance Criteria and not only focuses on operational performance but also equally focuses on profitability. The annual performance targets set for our employees within the framework of these criteria allow evaluation to be made on a quantitative basis, depending on the indicators, beyond the qualitative measurement of our management policies.

Company employees can access all job descriptions through the corporate portal. Performance reviews are executed through determined and announced methods and evaluation and reward criteria are submitted for the employees’ information at the beginning of the year.
One of the “company’s responsibility to its employees”, which has been included in the company’s working principles and which is being implemented without compromise, is to not discriminate on the basis of race, color, age, nationality, gender and faith while carrying out all kinds of relations with our employees. We take pride in the diversity of our employees and when gathered for a joint cause, we view this diversity as a tool for development.

All our employees are given the same opportunities starting from their employment in all human resources activities including education, wage, career and financial potential.

We consider it our duty to respect and protect the rights given to our employees through laws and legislations. The requests of our Blue-Collar and White-Collar workers are communicated to the Senior Management within the limits defined by the laws in the presence of the Representative of Occupational Health and Safety and Human Resources. The results are monitored and employees are represented and their legal rights are looked out for in applications such as the Business Safety Board and Disciplinary Board.

Mandatory General Occupational Health and Safety trainings are organized by our company periodically alongside providing a safe working environment and conditions for our employees.
